When the download finishes, open it. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser — a one-time permission.
If Play Protect shows a scan notice, choose Install anyway — expected for apps installed outside the Play Store.

Signed build, straight from us. Updates are manual on this early channel — when the Play listing launches, install from Play (uninstall this copy first; your account and saved data are safe on the server).
