Mint Velvet adds new sale lines, with jackets cut to a third of full price

Mint Velvet has added new lines to its clearance, with the Mint Velvet sale banner advertising up to 60% off womenswear. Several of the newly added pieces are cut further than that, with jackets, knitwear and trousers reduced by around two-thirds. The sale covers clothing, footwear, accessories, swimwear and occasionwear, and no closing date is published.

What's in the sale

Outerwear and knitwear carry the deepest reductions, and the leather and suede jackets are the headline pieces. Trousers and denim are cut hard as well, while dresses — usually the brand's strongest sale category — are reduced more modestly at around half price.

How the discount works

The reductions are clearance-only rather than sitewide, so the New In collection and the current denim range are excluded, and no code is required. The sale can be filtered by category and by size, which is worth using — many of the deepest cuts are down to one or two remaining sizes. Trousers are sold in multiple leg lengths and the reduced price applies across them, but availability by length varies line to line.

The jackets are the clearest value here — suede at £99.00 and leather at £129.00, both down from £325.00, are a long way below the brand's usual markdown floor, and outerwear is the category Mint Velvet discounts least willingly. Knitwear and printed trousers in the 65–68% band are similarly strong, particularly against the retailer's typical mid-season 30% events. The occasion dresses are worth checking against our tracked list rather than the sale grid, since several are reduced further there than the on-site banner implies. Sizes at the deepest reductions are already thin, so the size filter is the practical way to avoid working through a grid of sold-out lines.
