How to delete your account

1. In the app: open the Account tab and tap Delete account, or on the web sign in and use this page.
2. Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
3. Tap Delete my account permanently. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Can't sign in? Email hello@dealsfirst.co.uk from your account address and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your account, email address and username, and all data attached to it: followed shops and categories, saved searches, favourites, alert preferences, submitted deals and comments, and any device push-alert token. This is deleted across both DealsFirst and FindSales and cannot be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep no personal profile data after deletion. Standard server access logs (which may include an IP address) are retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention, then automatically deleted. See our privacy policy for full details.
