Save up to 70% in the Harvey Nichols summer sale

Harvey Nichols has pushed its summer sale to up to 70% off, and the designer floor is where the numbers get serious: Versace, Jacquemus, Chloe, Toteme and Zimmermann were all carrying substantial cuts when we checked, with fresh stock still being added under "New To Sale" flags. No end date has been announced.

What's in the sale

The headline rate is up to 70%, though the marquee designer pieces we saw were sitting at 40 to 50% off, which for these labels is still a large sum of money off:

The "New To Sale" labels on the Chloe and Toteme pieces matter: they signal the sale is in its restock phase rather than winding down, so the range is broader now than it was at launch.

Size runs looked healthy on the newer additions: the Versace polo was showing UK 8 to 14 and the Toteme pumps a full IT 36 to 41 when we checked, which will not stay true for long at half price.

How the discount works

Reductions are as marked across the sale section, no code needed, and cover womenswear, menswear, accessories and beauty. The deepest 60 to 70% cuts sit further down the price architecture than the designer names above; the luxury labels tend to hold at 40 to 50% until the final clearance phase, if their stock lasts that long.

Worth it?

If you have been circling a specific designer piece, this is the window where Harvey Nichols is genuinely competitive: half-price Jacquemus and Versace undercuts most of the online luxury outlets, and sale stock here is current-season rather than outlet-grade. Two cautions. First, designer sale sizing hollows out fast, and the mid-range sizes go first. Second, do not wait for the 70% tier to reach the big names; historically they sell through at 50% long before a further markdown, so the top-line number is mostly earned by the entry-price stock.
