Littlewoods cuts up to 50% off, and further on tracked lines

Littlewoods cuts up to 50% off, and further on tracked lines

Littlewoods has launched a sitewide event headlined as up to 50% off, and the Littlewoods sale groups the reductions by department rather than presenting a single clearance grid. The offers hub lists women's, men's, baby and kids, toys, tech and gaming, home and garden, sports and travel, and health and beauty, with the retailer describing savings across "1000s of lines". No end date is published and no code is required.

What's in the sale

The landing page is a department hub rather than a product grid, so the reductions it shows are price ranges, not named lines — stock from £5.60 (was from £7), from £9.59 (was from £12), a line at £7.99 (was £10), and from £18.39 (was from £22.99, saving up to £15.60). Our own price tracking is more useful, and points to cuts well beyond the advertised 50% ceiling:

The pattern favours womenswear and childrenswear, where own-label stock from The Very Collection does most of the discounting. Branded lines appear less often but cut harder in absolute terms — the Ralph Lauren sandals drop by £284 — while tech and gaming is thinner, with PlayStation Store digital gift cards listed at face value rather than reduced.

How the discount works

Reductions are applied to the ticket price across the participating departments, so there is no code to enter and no minimum spend on the headline offer. The "up to 50%" figure is the ceiling Littlewoods advertises on the hub, not the depth on individual clearance lines, several of which go considerably further. Littlewoods also operates a credit account alongside card payment, promoted separately from the sale — that is a financing option, not part of the discount, and carries its own costs.

Deals we're tracking

The strongest values we currently track are the Michelle Keegan maxi dress at £20.00, down from £79.00, and the Barbie bike bundle at £31.99, down from £127.99. For a cheaper entry point, The Very Collection knitted vest is £8.99. See all Littlewoods deals on DealsFirst for the full tracked list.

Worth it?

This is a broad, shallow event at the top and a genuinely deep one underneath, so the headline is a poor guide to where the value sits. The own-label womenswear and kids' clothing at 73–75% off is the clear standout, and those prices are well below Littlewoods' usual seasonal markdowns. Treat the department hub as a starting point only — sorting by discount within each category surfaces considerably better prices than the promoted tiles do. The deepest reductions are on end-of-line sizes and colours, so availability rather than price is the real constraint here.
