Zavvi winter clearance: Funko, Hasbro and box sets reviewed
Zavvi's winter clearance advertises up to 75% off across collectibles, physical media and clothing. We reviewed the sale page: the back catalogue is cut hardest, while recent figures are trimmed far more modestly.

Zavvi has opened a winter clearance alongside a batch of multi-buy offers, and the Zavvi sale spans collectibles, physical media and clothing. The retailer advertises up to 75% off, though the reductions are tiered: the collectibles "price crash" and back-catalogue box sets carry the deepest cuts, while recent Hasbro and Star Wars figures are trimmed far more modestly. No end date is published.
What's in the sale
The action-figure aisle has the widest range, and the spread between the best and worst reductions is large enough to check line by line.

- Hasbro Transformers Legacy United Voyager Class Prime Universe Thundertron — £17.99 (was £34.99), 49% off

A large bundle programme runs in parallel, and much of the headline saving sits there. An Ultimate Sonic bundle is four items for £59.99, a Deadpool interactive head and t-shirt £49.99, and a Harry Potter t-shirt, lamp and mug set £9.99. Pokémon bundles are listed at £14.99 and £19.99, Jurassic Park at £14.99 and Superman at £19.99. Elsewhere there is 3 for 2 on WWE figures, 2 for £12 on Minix figurines, and 2 for £10 on Disney Pixar 4K titles.
How the discount works
Clearance prices are applied directly, so no code is needed on marked-down lines. Two stacking codes were visible on the sale page: FUNKO20 for an extra 20% off Funko lines, and TOPPS10 for an extra 10% off selected Topps cards. Delivery is free sitewide on a £10 minimum spend, which most bundles clear alone. The bundles are fixed-price rather than percentage-based, so they do not always beat the individual clearance prices.
Deals we're tracking
Our own tracking has Zavvi's physical media discounted harder than the headline figure suggests:
- Joe Calzaghe — £1.99 (was £19.79), 90% off
- Andromeda – Season 3 — £3.99 (was £34.99), 89% off
- Plunderer – Season 1 Part 1 — £2.99 (was £24.99), 88% off

- Dragon Ball Z The Movie: Resurrection of F — £2.99 (was £19.99), 85% off

Worth it?
The value here is in the back catalogue rather than new releases: box sets and anime collections at 85–90% off sit well below what the same discs usually sell for, and the Marvel Legends two-pack at £18.99 is a real cut. The recent Hasbro and Star Wars figures are another matter — 12% to 24% off is close to routine for those lines, and they tend to drop further in seasonal events. Check bundles against individual clearance prices first, as a fixed-price bundle can work out dearer once the FUNKO20 code is applied to single items. The deepest-cut media is not restocked, so those titles go first.
